Something beautiful to celebrate? At Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop we take care of everything. From an attractive dinner with classic linen-covered tables to a sparkling party until the late hours. We would be happy to discuss organizing a tailor-made party or meeting for you.


The event locations of Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop offer a unique range of new options for every occasion. Thanks to its flexibility, hospitality and the modern as well as historic location, De Kasteelhoeve in particular is suitable for any event for up to 450 guests. From an attractive reception, a fantastic party evening, a tasteful dinner to a fitting farewell. Due to the fantastic terrace overlooking the English garden, this location is also ideally suited for meetings in spring or summer!


We also have attractive classic rooms in the Castle and various beautiful places outside. For example, a special dinner among the large plane trees or a unique picnic with a view of the Castle.


We ensure that you receive maximum care so that you can really enjoy the party or get-together.

Time to P A R T Y! 

There is always a good reason for a party! Our friendly hostesses and gentlemen welcome your guests in the Taveerne or Pronckzaal of the Kasteelhoeve. The (standing) tables are equipped with fresh flower vases & candles. Some nice music in the background to set the tone of the evening. The package includes:

o Table garnish of nut mixture & salty cheese snacks made of puff pastry

o Unlimited drinks package consisting of from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM

• Coffee and tea (on request)

• Soft drinks such as coca cola, fanta, fuze ice tea, mineral waters and juices

• Bavaria draft beer & non-alcoholic beer

• Red, white & rosé wine


o We serve cold and warm snacks during the evening consisting of:

Bruschetta's topped with:

• Parma ham with basil pesto and sun-dried tomato

• Soft goat cheese with honey and cress

• Vitello tonato with caper apples

• Smoked salmon with lemon cream and capers

We assume 1 Bruschetta per person


Surf 'n turf snacks;

• Traditional bitterballen

• Shrimp croquettes

• Mini spring roll filled with vegetables (vegetarian)

• Served with matching sauces

We assume 2 snacks per person

o At the end of the evening we serve a nice late night snack consisting of a traditional sausage roll or cone of fresh fries with Belgian mayonnaise

Do you have something special to celebrate and are looking for a special location to do so? Landgoed Kasteel Geldrop offers various options for your celebration. We would be happy to schedule an appointment with you so that we can advise you properly. You can book these arrangements in one of our special rooms in the Kasteelhoeve or in the beautiful period rooms of the Castle.

Package contents:

  • Luxury pastries with coffee or tea during reception by pastry chef Jacques van Bragt 
  • Table garnish of cheese cubes, sausages & gherkins
  • Dinner via our Garden Buffet with various cold and hot dishes, including mastic & service materials
  • Closing with coffee/tea and luxury biscuits and chocolates (2 x coffee/tea p.p. included )


What is not included in the package: 

  • Drinks are on a post-calculation basis with the exception of coffee and tea 
  • Location costs of the desired rooms:
  • Kasteelhoeve: Orangery: €350.00 / Pronck Room: €450.00 / Tavern: €350.00
  • Kasteel Geldrop: East wing: €350.00 / Wedding room: €450.00 / Blue room: €250.00

Farewell & togetherness

After the death of a loved one, many things have to be arranged and decided. After all, a personal and special farewell also helps in processing the loss. We are happy to arrange the get-together after the funeral service. A nice coffee table to chat about the service. Or just a drink afterwards. This is all possible.
