Meeting packages & facilities
Full day meeting packages with energetic lunch 9am to 5pm
a € 59.00 per person excl. VAT per day based on a minimum of 5 people including:
o Location costs for the Orangery / Pronckzaal
o Reception with coffee, tea, water and something tasty
o Lunch consisting of a nice selection from our menu, served on sharing boards. A good, nutritious and above all delicious lunch in our brasserie. Served outside on the terrace when the weather is good!
o Including mineral water, soft drinks and orange juice.
Additions to the above arrangements
o TV screen HD 65 inch - conference furniture € 95.00 - Mobile and the back is a flipchart, incl. markers, etc.
o Flipovers met papier € 18,50 per flipover
o Sweet reception from mini pastry shop €2.75 pp
o Closing drink with snacks €4.50 pp
o Sound set with microphone € 165.00 headset & handheld microphone o Guided tours of the Estate or in the Castle - Price on request
Custom arrangements
Half-day meeting packages without lunch - 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
a € 39.95 per person excl. VAT per day based on a minimum of 5 people including:
o Location costs for the Orangery / Pronckzaal
o Reception with coffee, tea, water and something tasty
o Including all drinks (non alcohol)
o Break snack consisting of a candy bar, mini sausage roll or fresh smoothie
Evening meeting with closing drinks - 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
a € 31.00 person excl. VAT per day based on a minimum of 25 people including:
o Location costs for the Orangery / Pronckzaal
o Reception with coffee, tea, water and something tasty
o 2 drinks of your choice (non-alcoholic) during the meeting
o Drinks afterwards, snacks on the (standing) tables and 2 x bitters assortment per person
o Other drinks are based on actual costing
From staff parties to anniversary receptions
We also have many options for organizing your business meeting at the Estate. From an informal staff party to a chic dinner for your business relations in the stately castle. We would be happy to develop a tailor-made inspiring proposal for you.
Party evening package
at €38.80 per person - from 8:30 PM to 1:00 AM - including:
o Reception with a welcome drink such as Hugo with fresh mint and lemon
o Drinks package with unlimited coffee/tea, beer/soft drinks/wine
o Table garnish of nuts and snacks o Snacks such as bruschettas, hot snacks & a late night snack
Reception package From € 12.50 per person - example time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - included
o Location costs for the Orangery / Pronckzaal of the Kasteelhoeve
o Drinks based on actual costing - €4.50 provision including package
o Sweet table decorations on the tables
o Cold and hot snacks, 2 items per person
A reception is also possible in the castle - with a supplement for renting rooms in the castle. Price on request.
